My Job Experience

I don’t have a lot of working experience but I think that I had worked three times.  My first job was in Homecenter Sodimac that is placed in Mall Plaza Sur in Calera de Tango commune as packer girl and it was very funny because I knew a lot of people and I always saw very strange and posh people. At first, my job was great because I could raise a lot of money in few hours but the next days it was so terrible go to work at Homecenter because you should pack can paints, boxes ceramic, bars, and many others thing that were very heavy to carry. Therefore, at the end of the day, your feet and all the muscles of your back hurt due to the weight you carry. I worked in that place around three months and then I went to work as packer again but in Tottus Supermarket that is placed in Peñaflor commune, so for me it was very comfortable because I didn´t spend so much money in tickets and the supermarket also is closer to my home. When you work as a packer you don’t firm a contract, so you don’t have a salary because your salary will be according to the tips that the customers give you, so all the time your salary is relative. However, the worst of working as a packer is that you must pay around one dollar for work three hours and a half. This is unbelievable. Finally, I worked as an English teacher for a couple of kids.  But it not was so funny because the kids were very restless and very hyperactive.

Someday

Someday I would like to know the place in where the sound of the sea is able to mute any noise, and the wind tries to dance any immovable object. This place is Easter Island. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and one of the most isolated places on Earth. This place is characterized by Moais, which are giant stone monoliths that are placed in the coastline.

One of the reasons that I want to visit Easter Island is its archeological treasures such as: the Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum, which has a variety of sculptures, maps, cave painting and rock carvings.

Some people say that when you arrive to Easter Island, you must visit the Terevaka volcano because the energy that this volcano radiates is good for your health and your spirit. Also, they say when you are in the volcano you can sing, talk with the wind or pray, and the Makemake - an important island god – will hear you and will bless you.

Easter Island today, remains one of the most unique places you wil ever found; an open-air museum showcasing a fascinating, but unfortunate lost, culture. The Rapanui are among the friendliest people you will ever meet, and the lanscape is truly amazing with its volcanic craters, lava formations, beaches, brilliant blue water, and archeological sites.

Do you want to go right now? Just do it.
